Work Orders

	Finally, a convenient way to submit a work order right over the internet! This quick and easy way to request maintenance in your home is the preferred method for D&S to process your request. All work orders submitted to D&S over the web will be our priority.  The work order you are entering is considered a written request for maintenance for your home. This request, once submitted, will immediately generate an email with the information you enter. This email will go to a D&S representative and will be assigned to a member of the D&S maintenance team, who will contact you.
	Important! Emergency Maintenance   If the problem you are experiencing is an emergency, such as:   A flood due to sudden leaks caused by plumbing or roof leak A plumbing back-up Major electrical problems Loss of heat in your home   Please call the Emergency Number that is appropriate to your home's address.   If you are experiencing an emergency such as a fire, please call 911 immediately.

	Response Time to Work Orders Submitted Online
	If you are submitting your request during the hours of 12am to 4pm CST, D&S will contact you the same business day between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm to discuss the work order and to schedule an appointment to visit your home. If you are submitting a request outside these hours, you will be contacted the following business day of your submission. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays.
